Physician Relations Specialist: MHN Administration

Summary:
Responsible for training and educating affiliated providers and their office staff regarding key clinical integration initiatives, processes and procedures governed by the Memorial Health Network (MHN).

Detailed responsibilities:
• Provides physicians and their office staff with the tools, training and resources required for a successful clinical integration partnership with MHN.
• Assists with the development and delivery presentations, orientation sessions and training programs to new and existing physicians and their office staff.
• Serves as the initial point of contact for recruitment, on-boarding and education of new providers.
• Monitors physician compliance with membership standards/protocols. Develops action plans for improving performance collaboratively with MHN Leadership and physicians. Leads coaching sessions with MHN physician members when required.
