Responsible for installations, operational improvements and efficiencies in utilizing technology resources within a business office.
• Evaluates the need for required hardware and software to assist the department based on specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the department.
• Serves as a liaison to MHS IT department to accomplish technology goals when necessary. Ensure end-users have necessary access and capabilities. Ensure appropriate action for any corrections have been taken.
• Oversees special projects, business analysis and custom reports as requested. Manages information systems installations, conversions, and upgrades. Evaluates need for upgrades or changes to existing systems and recommends cost-effective hardware/software solutions.
• Manages staff relations including performance management, training, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements activities.
