Supports the organization in the review, evaluation, design/redesign, development, restructuring, and/or repackaging of eLearning and online training solutions.
• Manages the development of multiple eLearning programs, online tutorials, and blended learning solutions using content that is clear, concise, and accurate.
• Collaborates with supervisor, procedure writers, course mentors, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders on solutions and programs for various learning needs.
• Designs and develops highly engaging, interactive courseware and presentations applying adult learning theory, creativity, effective methodology, using Adobe Captivate authoring tool.
• Designs custom graphics, illustrations, and animation that ensures knowledge transfer and retention.
• Conducts needs analyses and identify effective training solutions, with an eye on cost and meeting key business and training objectives.
• Provides reports and status updates on project progress
