Summary:
Supports the organization in the review, evaluation, design/redesign, development, restructuring, and/or repackaging of eLearning and online training solutions.

 ;

Detailed responsibilities:
• Manages the development of multiple eLearning programs, online tutorials, and blended learning solutions using content that is clear, concise, and accurate.
• Collaborates with supervisor, procedure writers, course mentors, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders on solutions and programs for various learning needs.
• Designs and develops highly engaging, interactive courseware and presentations applying adult learning theory, creativity, effective methodology, using Adobe Captivate authoring tool.
• Designs custom graphics, illustrations, and animation that ensures knowledge transfer and retention.
• Conducts needs analyses and identify effective training solutions, with an eye on cost and meeting key business and training objectives.
• Provides reports and status updates on project progress

Required Work Experience: 5 years of prior relevant experience; Demonstrates knowledge of best practices and in-depth understanding of eLearning technology issues. Expert in designing and maintaining eLearning courseware in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline. Familiar with various educational technologies and their application.
