Corporate Recruiter: Talent Acquisition Center


Coordinates activities for recruiting and selection from internal and external sources.


Detailed responsibilities:
• Researches and sources candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques and established external relationships.
• Screens potential candidates by conducting initial interviews, checking background/references, testing and other approved measures.
• Extracts and compiles data for recruitment metrics and reporting. Compiles information for new hire files, and enters candidate and new hire data into HR systems.
• Demonstrates current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities.
