Porter – Dietary: Food & Nutrition (Patients)

Cleans and maintains all areas of the kitchen according to the safety, sanitation and infection control standards.

Detailed responsibilities:
• Regularly collects and disposes of all food related and recyclable waste.
• Complies with internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements/standards on the handling and disposal of waste.
• Cleans and maintains carts, and kitchen equipment, using proper techniques and cleaning solutions.
• Performs ware washing duties per safety guidelines. May transport carts or pick up trays from assigned areas.
