Medical Plans
Memorial offers two medical plans. Both plans are administered by Community Care Plan.
- Memorial Managed Care Plan (MMCP)
This plan is similar to an HMO. You’re not required to meet an annual deductible, and specific co-pays apply when you receive healthcare services that are covered by the plan. However, MMCP does not cover services by providers who are out of its network, except in an emergency or if a service can’t be offered in-network. - Memorial Consumer Health Plan (MCHP)
This plan is similar to a PPO. It includes an annual deductible that you must meet before it pays any benefits to you. It has out-of-network benefits, which means that you can receive care from providers who are out of the plan’s network if you pay a higher deductible and co-pay.
